Hello! My name is Adrianna, and I am a junior in high school. I cheered for the Oak Forest Sparklers for 11 years and have coached the Sparklers cheer team since 2023. Being part of the team was an amazing experience! I got to make new friends, learn new things, and it was always something I looked forward to. Once I began coaching gymnastics and tumbling here as well, I completely fell in love with this job. My favorite part of coaching is watching kids accomplish new skills and seeing how proud they are. In my free time, I love spending time with my friends. My favorite color is green, and my favorite animal is an elephant!
Hi! My name is Ali, and I coach cheer, tumbling, and gymnastics classes. The first sport I ever did was gymnastics, and when I was 4, I started taking dance classes and joined cheer. I’ve been cheering with the Sparklers competitive team for 10 years and dancing with Momentum Dance Force for 4 years, along with taking recital classes since 2014. I love using what I’ve learned to help kids grow their skills and confidence. Being part of our mentoring program has also helped me grow as a coach and learn spotting, drills, and evaluations. My favorite part of coaching is connecting with the kids and watching them succeed. My favorite color is green, and my favorite animal is a giraffe!
Hey! My name is Bella, and I’m so excited to be a new gymnastics coach here at the park district. With four years of teaching experience, I’m passionate about helping athletes grow not just in skills and technique, but also in confidence, self-esteem, and a positive mindset. Safety is my top priority, and I’m committed to providing age-appropriate instruction that builds strong fundamentals. I believe in creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment where teamwork thrives and every athlete feels supported and encouraged. Clear communication and professionalism are key in my classes, but I always bring a fun, creative energy that keeps things exciting and engaging. When I’m not coaching, you might find me dancing or ice skating, two of my favorite ways to move and have fun! ⛸️
Hey! My name is Brooke, and I’ve been coaching gymnastics at the Oak Forest Park District since 2019. I’ve worked with everyone from PreNastics kiddos to Level 5 and our Gliders competition team, and I’m also the gymnastics program coordinator. I grew up doing gymnastics here for 10 years, cheered with Sparklers and Gym Tyme Illinois, and was on the varsity diving team at Oak Forest High School. You might even find me working at our front desk sometimes! My favorite events to coach are beam and vault because I love seeing the confidence they build. Outside of coaching, I love spending time with my baby girl, Lucia. Sage green and giraffes are my absolute favorites!
Hi! My name is Cadence, and I coach cheer, tumbling, and gymnastics here at the park district. I cheered for the Oak Forest Sparklers for 8 years and also cheered at Central Middle School. I’m currently a junior at Tinley Park High School and have been cheering there since the summer before my freshman year. My favorite part of cheer is learning new stunts and tumbling skills because it’s so rewarding to see my hard work pay off. I love being able to make new friends and learn new things while cheering and coaching. Outside of coaching, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. Hello! My name is Destiny, and I’ve been coaching at the Oak Forest Park District since 2017. I coach gymnastics, tumbling, and the Sparklers cheer team, which I proudly joined in 2011 when it first started. I’ve grown up at the park district, starting with flag football cheer and moving through competitive cheer and gymnastics. I began coaching in 6th grade and now serve as the cheer and dance program coordinator. I love helping kids reach their goals and watching their confidence grow. I’m currently studying psychology to become a school guidance counselor. My favorite color is pink, and I love dogs, dolphins, penguins, and butterflies!
Hi! My name is Jordan, and I’ve been coaching at the Oak Forest Park District since 2022. I grew up cheering on the Steelers Flag Football team, Jack Hille Middle School team, and danced at Oak Forest High School. I currently coach Sparklers cheer, tumbling, and gymnastics here. My favorite part of coaching is seeing the excitement when a student finally gets a skill they’ve been working hard on. It’s such an amazing feeling to see their hard work pay off. This fall, I’m starting my senior year of college, majoring in psychology. My favorite color is blue, and I love wolves, jewelry, and crocheting!
Hi! My name is Kaylin, and I’m currently a college student and a cheer coach at Tinley Park High School. I also cheered at Tinley Park High School before graduating. I love staying busy and learning something new every day, especially when it helps me grow as a coach. My favorite part of coaching is seeing how much confidence and joy cheer brings to the kids. Outside of coaching, I enjoy reading, being outside, spending time with friends, and hanging out with my family. These hobbies help me stay balanced and bring positive energy to my classes.
Hi! My name is Lacey, and I just started coaching gymnastics and tumbling at the Oak Forest Park District. I’ve been cheering for 9 years with Tinley Park Bobcats and Bulldogs, and I’ve been on Tinley Park Varsity Cheer since my freshman year. My favorite part of cheerleading is definitely stunting and competing. I’m so excited to start sharing what I’ve learned with the kids here. My goal is to help them build their skills while having fun and feeling proud of themselves. My favorite color is blue, and my favorite animal is a polar bear!
Hi! My name is Mary Jo, and I’ve been coaching gymnastics since 1992. I was also a gymnast myself, starting at age 5 and continuing for many years even after I began coaching. My favorite events are the Uneven Parallel Bars and Floor because they’re both so creative and fun. I love helping kids find joy and confidence through gymnastics. Outside of coaching, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and being out in nature. I also love trying new healthy foods and often shop at Whole Foods.
Hi! My name is Trinity, and I’ve been part of the Oak Forest Park District since 2012. I started in dance and later joined gymnastics, cheer, and tumbling. I began junior coaching dance in 2021 and gymnastics in 2022, and I now coach PreNastics, Beginner Gymnastics, Kids Bop, and Hip-Hop Dance. I was on the Momentum Dance Force competition team starting in 2015 and cheered on the Sparklers Cheer Team. My favorite part of coaching is choreographing routines and watching kids grow in both skill and confidence. Outside of coaching, I currently dance for City Nation and compete in diving. My favorite color is purple, and I’m in love with cows and McDonald’s!
