Tumbling & Cheer Staff

Hi everyone! I’m Coach Adrianna! 🐘 I’ve been involved with the Oak Forest Park District for many years, competing with our Sparklers cheer team for 11 years before becoming a coach in 2023. Being part of the team gave me the opportunity to make lifelong friends, learn new skills, and be part of something I always looked forward to.

As a coach, my favorite part is watching athletes accomplish new skills and seeing how proud they are of themselves. Coaching cheer, gymnastics, and tumbling has become something I truly love, and my goal is to create a fun, encouraging environment where every child feels supported as they grow.

Outside of coaching, I enjoy spending time with my friends. My favorite color is green, my favorite animal is an elephant, and I’m so excited for another great session with all of my athletes!

Hello everyone! I’m Coach Ali! 🦒 I’ve been involved in recreational gymnastics, dance, and cheer since 2014. I’ve been cheering with our Sparklers competitive team since 2015 and dancing with our Momentum Dance Force team since 2021. Before becoming a coach, I had the opportunity to be a junior coach alongside our current coaching staff. Being part of our mentoring program helped me grow by teaching me proper spotting techniques, drills, and athlete evaluations.

I love helping athletes build their skills while gaining confidence along the way. My favorite part of coaching is creating connections with each child and celebrating their accomplishments, whether they’re learning a new skill or reaching a personal goal. Dance and cheer have always been a huge part of my life, and I’m excited to share that passion with every athlete I coach.

Outside of the gym, I love reading, getting creative with arts and crafts, and spending time doing anything artistic. My favorite color is green, my favorite animal is the giraffe, and I can’t wait for another amazing session!

Hello everyone, I’m Coach Ava! 🐆 I grew up here at the Park District, participating in gymnastics until level 3 before deciding to try out for Senior Sparklers. I’ve been on Sparklers for the past three years and plan to continue for many more. Being part of the team has given me the chance to learn new skills, improve my technique, and develop a strong sense of teamwork and dedication.

I love watching athletes gain new skills and build their confidence. Watching someone get a new skill or gain more confidence is one of the most exciting parts of coaching. I believe that every athlete has unique strengths and my goal is to help each athlete grow those talents. Whether it’s their first time trying a new skill. I enjoy being there to guide, motivate, and cheer them on every step of the way.

When I’m not in the gym, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends or volunteering at the animal shelter. My favorite color is green, and I absolutely love cheetahs and otters! I recently graduated from 8th grade and can’t wait to start my freshman year at Oak Forest High School this fall.

Hi there! I’m Coach Cadence! 🐼 I’ve been cheering for many years, including eight years with the Oak Forest Park District Sparklers, cheering at Central Middle School, and currently cheering at Tinley Park High School. Cheer has given me so many opportunities to learn new skills, make great friends, and challenge myself both as an athlete and a teammate.

As a coach, I love helping athletes experience that same excitement. My favorite part is watching their hard work pay off as they master new stunts and tumbling skills. I strive to create a positive environment where every athlete feels encouraged to keep learning and having fun.
