Mission and Philosophy: We believe that being involved in competitive dance at an early age develops positive self esteem, confidence, accountability and leadership in young dancers. Being a part of MDF allows dancers the opportunity to perform for large crowds and compete against other teams within the Illinois Park District Drill Conference. MDF always maintains a high standard of age appropriate routines and uniforms for our dancers. Our goal is not necessarily to take 1st place but rather we encourage our dancers to do their best and improve from one competition to the next, and most of all, have fun. Time and time again, our philosophy has made out teams and dancers stand out above the rest.
Members of this group will study & learn choreography that will be performed at local events. Parents are responsible for all transportation needs. Momentum Dance Forces is directed by Mr. Ramon Maybell and Miss Jacqueline Hill.
Exposure and Experience: It is important for our youth, teens, and adults to not only embody dance physically but to promote and live it as an art form. MDF performs within and around the community at a variety festivals, benefits, park district and school events. We bring our dancers to perform and participate in Chicagoland Area and State wide events such as zoos, museums, parades, fairs and more.
