The Zone

The Zone has something for everyone.  You can flip tires, slam weight balls against the wall, go up against the battlerope, grunt it out in the weight room, or just get some cardio in on one of our many pieces of equipment.

We provide a wide range of classes that welcome fitness levels of all ages and capabilities. Our instructors will make anyone feel right at home.

Get in the Zone - Membership Pricing

Individual: $29.00 per month/$345.00 anually

Individual: Must be 18 years or older.

Enrollment fee equivalent to an additional one month of chosen membership due at signup.

Couple: $39.00 per month/$465.00 anually

Couple: Must have 2 people living at the same address, with one being at least 18 years or older.

Teenagers interested in becoming a member that are under the age of 18 can be admitted into the facility with a parent or guardian.

Enrollment fee equivalent to an additional one month of chosen membership due at signup.

Senior Individual: $17.00 per month/$200.00 anually

Senior individual must be 60 years or older.

Enrollment fee equivalent to an additional one month of chosen membership due at signup.

Senior Couple: $27.00 per month/$345.00 anually

One person must be 60 years or older, and the other person must be 50 years or older. Both must live at the same address.

Family Membership Information

Family: Parent(s) and/or up to 4 unmarried children in the same family, 14 years or older. All must have photo I.D. of same address and age.  A parent must sign the waiver for their child and have proof of same address.

Family of Three: $49.00 per month/$585.00 anually

Family of Four: $59.00 per month/$705.00 anually

Police, Fire and Military Discount Information

50% off membership for the member who is police, fire or military. Please have proper identification upon signing up for a membership.

Boom is a high energy total-body workout utilizing dumbbells, resistance bands and your body’s own resistance.

Hard Body Blast

Hard Body Blast is a complete body weight training class to improve and strengthen muscles and increase endurance.

Resistance Training is a total body workout using dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight exercise.

Silver Sneakers is a chair based fitness class utilizing light dumbbells and resistance tubes designed to improve muscular strength and range of motion.

Silver Sneakers Cardio

Silver Sneakers Cardio is higher intensity, but safe and heart-healthy aerobics class to energize your active lifestyle using low-impact movements that focus specifically on building upper-body and core strength plus cardio endurance.
