Boom

Boom is a high energy total-body workout utilizing dumbbells, resistance bands and your body’s own resistance.

Fitness Elevation

Fitness Elevation is compound exercises with short bursts of low impact cardio to increase your total fat burn and keep your metabolism elevated.

30 minutes of the instructors choice of cardio/strength training ending with 15 min of core work

Silver Sneakers Classic is a chair based fitness class utilizing light dumbbells and resistance tubes designed to improve muscular strength and range of motion.

Silver Sneakers Cardio

Silver Sneakers Cardio is higher intensity, but safe and heart-healthy aerobics class to energize your active lifestyle using low-impact movements that focus specifically on building upper-body and core strength plus cardio endurance.

Cycle Mania

Cycle Mania is a one hour of indoor cycling that is designed to improve cardio endurance and calorie burning, with Wednesday’s class having breaks every 10 minutes for weight training.

Step It Up Interval

Step It Up Interval uses basic step moves along with intervals of free weights and different calisthenics moves.

Strong Awesome Toning uses various equipment and cardio bursts to increase muscle strength and cardio endurance.

Yoga

Yoga is a balanced flow of guided postures that serve as a foundation for various levels of ability. Yoga experience is helpful, but not required as this class is open to everyone with the ability to move through seated, standing, kneeling and reclined positions unassisted.

Yoga Express

Flowing from pose to pose increases strength and flexibility, while focusing on breathing, body awareness and relaxation.

Tabata is a 60 minute class of Core and Conditioning with your own body weight.  40 seconds on/20 seconds off.
