NON-RESIDENT PERMITS WILL BE ACCEPTED MARCH 31, 2025
This area holds up to 100 people, and it is available from 1:00 pm until dusk.
Fee: Residents $150.00 | Non-Residents $225.00
- There is a non-refundable fee of $50.00 required with submission of rental application.
- Security Deposit – $200.00
- Balance is due day of submitting the permit.
Cooker/Grill Rental: There is a fee of $50.00 per cooker/grill for Smokey Bear Pavilion ONLY.
Rentals available May-Mid September. NO HOLIDAY RENTALS.
Permit includes:
- Unlimited golf for party guests: $60.00 (due at the time of booking)
- Concession stand is available.
- Indoor restrooms
- Playground
- Party Attendant Available from 1:00pm-7:00pm
- Cooker/Grill; Rental: $25.00 / Grill Available for Smokey Bear Pavilion Only
