DON GORMAN RECREATION CENTER
A private event room is located inside the Don Gorman Recreation Center located at 4412 Henry St. The space features a private kitchen area, wood like flooring with access to our park facilities. NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED AT THIS LOCATION

$300.00 for 6 hours $400.00 for 6 hours

- Parties can be booked on Saturdays until 9:00pm or Sundays until 8:00pm. No holiday rentals.
- Parties are available for six (6) hours, which includes your set-up, decorating and clean-up time.
- All requests must be made prior to the day of your party and are subject to availability.

Rental Amenities:
- 8’ foot tables with chairs
- 6′ foot tables and round tables also available
- Park district staff to set up and take down tables and chairs
- Full kitchen including a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, sink, microwave, and 36-cup coffee pot. (Renter must bring coffee supplies, utensils, serving dishes etc.)
- Public Restroom and water fountain in the common area
- Trash canisters with refillable bags
Rental Fee Information:
A signed rental agreement is required upon securing your rental dates, including the $200.00 security deposit. Rental fee due 4 weeks prior to rental date.
Oak Forest residents to provide a proof of residency identification for resident discount to apply. Must provide a valid drivers license or state ID
Cancellation submitted less than 30 days prior to rental date, the renter will forfeit 100% of the rental fee/security deposit.
No Transfer/change of rental date permitted.
