Boom

Boom is a high energy total-body workout utilizing dumbbells, resistance bands and your body’s resistance.

Fitness Elevation

Fitness Elevation is compound exercises with short bursts of low impact cardio to increase your total fat burn and keep your metabolism elevated.

Rapid Fire Hardbody

Rapid Fire Hardbody is a complete bodyweight training class to improve and strengthen muscles and increase endurance with lighter weights and higher repetitions.

Silver Sneakers Classic

Silver Sneakers Classic is a chair based fitness class utilizing light dumbbells and resistance tubes designed to improve muscular strength and range of motion.

Silver Sneakers Cardio

Silver Sneakers Cardio is higher intensity, but safe and heart-healthy aerobics class to energize your active lifestyle using low-impact movements to build upper-body, core, and cardio endurance.

Cycle Mania

Cycle Mania is a one hour of indoor cycling that is designed to improve cardio endurance and calorie burning, with Wednesday’s class having breaks every 10 minutes for weight training.

Shape It Up Step Interval

Shape It Up Step Interval uses basic step moves along with intervals of free weights and different calisthenics moves.

Yoga

Yoga is a balanced flow of guided postures that serve as a foundation for various levels of ability. In this class, we will focus on breathing, body awareness, and relaxation. This class will also improve balance, flexibility, and circulation.

Silver Sneakers Yoga Stretch

This is a chair based class with yoga movements and postures designed to promote increased balance, flexibility and circulation.

Tabata

Tabata is a 60 minute class of Core and Conditioning with your own body weight.  40 seconds on/20 seconds off.
